Your Job Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business. This position is in Apodaca, Mexico. In this role you will drive delivery of profitable, high-quality projects on time, plan and execute project schedules, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders. You will accomplish this through oversight, coaching, developing, and mentoring the Project Management team and supporting roles. This individual will also help develop and implement strategic improvement initiatives within the Project Management team. What You Will Do Collaboration with all stakeholders including Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to set strategy and direction for effective project outcomes as needed to support project managers. Partner with Commercial team to optimize strategic approach to order execution. Oversight of project schedules, project financials, and accounts receivable. Daily coaching and mentoring team members to meet customer expectations. Driving actions to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs); reporting on set KPIs to internal and external stakeholders. Support and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through project retrospectives. Requirements (Basic Qualifications) Demonstrated ability to drive strategic improvements that lead to profitable outcomes. Working knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles. Project Management experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Valid VISA and Passport.
