**Marketing Coordinator - Mexico & Spanish-Speaking Regions**Location: Remote (Mexico) or onsite in PueblaContract type: ContractorAvailability: ASAPCompensation: Competitive, based on experience**About the Role**This is more than a regular marketing role, it’s about sharing the energy of adventure. At Smaller Earth, we believe that travel and cultural exchange are life-changing experiences.As our Marketing Coordinator for Mexico and Spanish-speaking regions, you will inspire our participants, often at the start of their university careers, to take the leap and live an extraordinary travel experience at selected camps and resorts across the USA.**Responsibilities**Content Creation & Social- Create engaging content (posts, videos, images) for Resort Leaders and Camp Leaders.- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).- Respond to messages and comments to build a strong online community.- Be comfortable appearing on camera to create video content for our audience.Translation & Localization- Translate and adapt content from English to Spanish to make it relevant for Spanish-speaking markets.- Ensure the tone and message feel natural and engaging for people in specific regions.- Work with the global marketing team to keep branding consistent.Paid Marketing Support- Help create content for ads and landing pages.- Work with the Paid Advertising Team to improve campaign results.**Who We’re Looking For**- Bilingual (Spanish & English): You can write and speak clearly in both languages.- Social Media Knowledge: You understand how to grow an audience and use insights to improve content.- Marketing & Communication Background: You have experience in marketing, digital media, or communications.- Cultural Awareness: You understand Mexican culture and how to create content that feels authentic.- Cultural Exchange Experience: If you have participated in a cultural exchange program, that’s a plus.**About Smaller Earth**At Smaller Earth, our mission is simple: to inspire people to go further.
