Instead, we believe that by channeling the power of all, we make ordinary customer and employee experience extraordinary.- We are looking for a Product Owner II:- Research industry trends, technical publications, and internal feedback to influence product direction.- Collaborate with Product Management and clients to prioritize the roadmap and champion features that deliver the most value.- Stay informed about client business initiatives to conceptualize features aligned with their objectives.- Work closely with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and other Product Owners to ensure impact-free implementation of solutions.- Facilitate iteration planning sessions, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.- Track and report team progress, including capacity, backlog, velocity, and delivery timelines.- Collaborate with internal/external project teams to ensure smooth solution consumption.- Assist with deployments and production support, resolving issues as needed.- BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or equivalent.- Knowledge of.Net/C#, web services, APIs, and automation tools.- Familiarity with technologies such as Java or JavaScript is a plus.- Experience with tools like Jira, Rally, or CA Agile Central is advantageous.Our Guiding PrinciplesImpactAlways help and empower others, whether they’re colleagues or customers.
