Expansion Network Planning Analyst

Description: The position will be key to secure the expansion process at Mexico currently handled by different teams.1. Engineering related with logistics, projects and/or transportation.2. Implementation, management and improvement of projects about warehouse or last mile deliveries.3. Able to measure total assets needed in each facility considering size and volume4. Monitoring volume from different airlines to speed up the process.5. Knowledge in heatmaps, routes, Gantt diagrams, layouts, productivity, headcount, ops clock.6. Manage sorting process by different lanes and consolidate volume per carrier and other sorting levels.7. Follow up of tasks with different areas inside and outside the company.8. Coordinate calls with different stakeholders even with different cultures to get progress and achieve targets of timeline9. Analize different scenarios based on high risks and low risks to determine which is considered the best alternative to move forwardJob Requirements1. At least 2 years solid management experience in at least one fields of the following list: warehouse management or any other related fields, no matter self-owned mode or 3PL mode.2. Work in the Planning or Project management areas3. Excellent communication and execution skills.4. Working experience in the companies will be better preferred, such as TME, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Estafeta, Quality Post, AMPM, AMAZON, Mercado Libre, 99 Minutos, Didi, Rappi, Imile, J&T5. Spanish as mother tongue, communicate in English fluently preferred6. Travel Frequently7.
