Join our team.CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:The LATAM Supply Chain Project Manager provides supply chain expertise and leadership by being responsible for the right and timely execution of projects within Supply Chain. Must lead different types of projects, such as Innovation, Cost Savings, Supply Assurance, and others. Also, you will build and maintain strong linkages with cross-functional partners to ensure understanding of and engagement in the project execution and its alignment with the BU strategy.In this role, you will:- Leads cross functional, single country initiatives and/or regional medium to low complexity projects.- Leading and coordinating the activities for diverse projects and leading cross functional teams to deliver results in time Is at the same time.- Acts as the primary voice of the team, across functions and facilitates communication and coordination of SC functional activities outside of team meetings.- Facilitates functional project reviews and communication plans to impacted supply chain sites and the greater Supply Chain organization- Actively participates in the development of cost savings or process improvement projects to achieve the business unit goals.- Build partnership across SC functions to deliver break through results.- Participate in the design and implementation of standard methodologies to promote an effective and efficient use of Supply Chain Solutions resources.What we look for:Experience- 3 years performing in Supply Chain roles with strong experience in Project Management.- Strong knowledge in supply planning / production / inventory control systems/project management.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading projects and PM tools.**Skills**:- Leadership and influence.- Strong communication, written and verbal- Analytical and decision- making.Education- Engineering or Business bachelor´s degreeWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
