Constant contact with the customer engineering managers and its Purchasing by visiting andcommunicating with them regularly. Since we are providing services to different engineeringdepartments, it is vital to understand the personalities and needsfor each department managerand build the trust and confidence in each one of them.- Quote new businesses competitively making sure that the business is highly profitable- Maintain current staff by having great relationships with all of them. Be empathetic to each oneof them and treat them with great respect they deserve- Maintain great communication within the business unit - have at least one ‘social get together’in a year,safely to improve commun- Maintain STRONG and meaningfulrelationship with the staff assigned to this manager- Conduct all activities complying to all Local and Federal laws applicable in hiring, maintaining,and terminating employees. Provide all legally required monies when needed by working withthe general manager of HR and Legal Counsel.- Report to the General Business Manager & CEO.
