**TL WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT**Team Leader Warehouse management (Lider de Almacén)**Tareas**- Responsable de la gestión del almacén y la planificación del flujo de materiales dentro de las instalaciones de producción.- Revisa periódicamente los problemas de planificación del flujo de materiales y del almacén en las instalaciones de producción- Identifica las desviaciones de desempeño basadas en los KPI y desarrolla planes de acción para correcciones a nível de las instalaciones.- Apoya la integración del proveedor en las instalaciones (localización, acuerdos de consignación, acuerdos logísticos, evaluación del rendimiento de la entrega, etc.).- Apoya la gestión de proveedores de servicios en la instalación (entrada y salida)**Descripción de la posición**- Responsable de la prestación de servicios en el área de responsabilidad de acuerdo con los objetivos y KPI definidos.Las responsabilidades suelen incluir:- Establecer objetivos operativos diarios para el equipo.- Garantizará que las políticas, prácticas y procedimientos sean entendidos y seguidos por los subordinados directos, clientes y partes interesadas.- Persona de contacto para temas operativos en el área de responsabilidad, apoya activamente la mejora de la prestación de servicios.**Responsibilidades**- Cumple con todas las normas legales e internas relevantes, así como con las regulaciones de seguridad y ambientales.- Garantiza y contribuye a la satisfacción del cliente.- Cumplimiento de plazos- Cumple los requisitos de calidad- Utiliza de forma eficiente cualquier tipo de material y recursos de la empresa.**Habilidades**- Manejo de conflicto, trabajo bajo presión, alto enfoque a resultados, experiência en reducción de costos, conocimiento de control de inventarios.Nível ingles avanzado hablado y escritoExperiência con personal a cargo por más de 3 años deseable.Escolaridad: Ingenieria industrial, o afin.Idioma: Nível ingles avanzado hablado y escrito.Leoni Hermosillo**Team Leader warehouse management**MX-SON-Hermosillo - HER00006C
