Company DescriptionDigital Risk’s mission to _Make Mortgages Safe_ relies on the perfect blending of human experience and state-of-the-art technology to serve its workforce and clients.Digital Risk’s 1,500+ team members make us one of the largest mortgage outsource providers in the U.S., supplying appraisal and mortgage processing, underwriting and closing to the largest banks and loan originators.**Job Description**:Description of Deliverable or Service:- Disputes, Claims, Order & Invoicing Fallout Management*- Accounts status- Authorization of material return- Claims- Credits & re-invoicing- Customer service / constant interaction (mail, meeting or directly with the customer)- Disputes- Invoicing activities- Order cleaning- Order processing- Order, credits and re-invoicing acknowledgment.**Requirements**:- Degree / administration or Engineering- Excel (intermedium-advanced level)- Desirable SAP- MS Office intermedium-advanced- Analytic- Collaborative with other teamwork- Customer focus- Desirable office experience at least basic excel- Detail oriented- Excellent English & communication skills (written & verbal)- Organized- Planned- Proactive- Problem solvingAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
