**Job Summary -**- This position will provide system & process support for printing department, following and analysis of specific data. For this position strong analysis skills are essential. Main task: to process customer´s purchase order process and follow up. Supports day-to-day support activities and transactions (training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes and archiving all transactions documentation)**Years of experience needed - 2-3****Technical Skills**:- Fluent English spoken and written.- Customer-facing role in the specified assigned Region.- Excellence in customer service- Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.- Prioritize workload. High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.- Zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs- Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.- Thrives working in a fast paced/high revenue environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency. Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.**Certifications Needed**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.Pay: $14,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 45117, Vista Magna, Jal.
