Operation Adjustment and Programming of CNC in the Machining Plant, machining process, modification of cutting parameters, creation of procedures to ensure the standardization of the setup activities**Main Responsibilities**- Operation, Adjustment (Setup) and Programming of CNC Machines in the productive, pre productive and prototype- Machining process, modification of cutting parameters, creation of procedures to ensure the standardization of the setup activities- Make a benchmark analysis with similar Manufacturing systems to detect the most competitive solutions- Bringing ideas in order to the tool cost optimization, cycle time improvements and increased process capability for the different CNC equipment (MAG, MAKINO, TONGTAI, GROB, OKK, HELLER).**Position Requirements**- Machine tool technician, truncated career of Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, or Industrial Engineer- English (desirable)- +3 years of experience in machining process.- Knowledge of the different strategies to machine Cylinder heads and blocks.- Knowledge of problem-solving tools (at least one).- Knowledge of programming techniques necessary CNC with four and five axis.- Domain of CNC controllers (SIEMENS and FANUC).- Knowledge of cutting tools.- Knowledge of cutting parameters for Carbide, PCD, High Speed Steel tools.- Domain of Geometric Dimensions and tolerances.- Knowledge PC software (Windows Office, CNC machining simulator).- Statistical analysis to detect trends, deviations and calculation of process capabilities.- Strong adherence to HSE (health, safety and environment) norms and rules.- Good communication skills.- Desirably strong ability to manage their activities.- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
