Responsable de los proyectos prioritarios del área de diseño.**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:- Diseñar y Desarrollar los prototipos de balastros de nuevos modelos en base a un diseño existente.- Realizar las pruebas necesarias para validar el diseño.- Colaborar en las diferentes etapas del diseño: corrida piloto de ingeniería, corrida piloto de producción y producción en masa.- Seleccionar componentes para el diseño.- Una vez liberado el diseño se tiene que entregar la documentación y actualizar el EDOS y Sharepoints.- Llevar acabo los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables a los sistemas ISO 14000.- Liderear activamente las reuniones de verficacion de diseño**Dimensiones- Dimensions**Trabajar en conjunto con el grupo de diseño para desarrollar productos innovadores. Colaboración y trabajo en conjunto con otros centros de diseño.**Relaciones Internas-Internal Relations**- Departamento de Pruebas Electrica- Departamento de Procesos- Departamento de Calidad- Departamento de Compras- Departamentos de Diseño en Estados Unidos y Alemania.- Grupo de Diseño de circuitos impresos y diseño mecanico- Departamento de Mercadotecnia**Relaciones externas-External Relations**- Proveedores externos, R&D de OSRAM World wide**Experiência (experiência mínima requerida)**:**EDUCACION-EDUCATION**: Ingeniería en Electrónica o afín. Maestría en electrónica (deseable).**LENGUAJES-LANGUAGES**: Ingles Fluido**EXPERIENCIA-REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:3 a 5 años**CONOCIMIENTOS-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**- Administración de proyectos (MS Project o similar)- Conocimiento de APQP- Conocimiento de circuitos electrónicos de alta potencia- Manejo de software de simulación de circuitos- Conocimiento de pruebas de calificación de producto- Conocimiento de los estándares aplicados en NAFTA para balastros fluorescentes y LED drivers- Programación de microcontroladores.- Aplicaciones de SAP propias de R&D.**HABILIDADES-SKILLS**:- Analítico- Resolución de problemas- Toma de decisiones- Administración por objetivos- Trabajo en equipo- Habilidades en comunicación- Autodidacta- Liderazgo para alcanzar los objetivos de los proyectos**Utilizamos la tecnología para resolver problemas en espacios, luz y más cosas por venir... para nuestros clientes, nuestras comunidades y nuestro planeta.
