Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.**What You Will Do**- Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.- Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.- Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.**What You Have - Skills and Experiences**In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your unique skills and experiences. Below are some of the most critical skills.Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business planCross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:- **Bachelor’s degree related to Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Process Engineering or **undergraduate student.**:- **Advanced-Intermediate level of English, spoken and written, is required**:- **Management and knowledge of SAP, Office Packages and Advanced Excel**:- **Desirable experience in Supply chain and customer service.****Additional information****Visa and passport (desirable)****One position is for Plant 5 (Cienega) and the other for Plant 1 (Santa Catarina)****Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select, and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
