It has a fundamental role in the development and operational negotiation with the 3rd party Merchandising Agencies in Mexico. Controls and ensures to have the correct resources to achieve executional commercial goals. Lead the definition of strategic guidelines for the correct execution of the 5 P's.****In alignment with IBE lead the strategies to choose the best POP and visibility materials to be developed. Monitor the transit and arrival of materials in each customer until its implementation. Lead and coordinate the process and optimization of call value, as well as keep track of merchandising coverage by channel and format.****Principal Duties and Responsibilities**- **In alignment with IBE lead the strategies to choose the best POP and visibility materials to be developed. Monitor the transit and arrival of materials in each customer until its implementation.**- ** Management, control and monthly analysis of the budget spend with IBE & finance departments**- ** Develop strategies to maximize the visibility of our brands in different shopping environments and achieve the best use of resources in implementation. Develop/Reengineer processes related to In store to achieve improvements in In store execution.**- ** Lead and coordinate the process and optimization of call value, as well as keep track of merchandising coverage by channel and format**- ** Lead the communication with the associated merchandising agency on issues of planning and budget control of promoters and merchandisers**- ** Manage POP storage spaces, seeking efficiencies and optimizing spending.**- ** Lead the execution in the different channels stores to ensure the Hill’s Strategies and compliance with the KPI’s agreed with the client.**- ** Train the team of merchandisers, NC aligned to the hill’s priorities.**- ** Lead Training within the stores and staff of our customers.**- ** Monthly review of Merchandising/NC execution KPI’s compliance in the country.**- ** Reports status of implementation in point of sales.**- ** Headcount control, leading the call value analysis and the strategic actions required for the efficient use of boots on the ground while maintaining merchandising coverage by retail environment****Education/ Experience Requirements**- **Degree in process in Business Administration or related.**- ** Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google slides.**- ** Intermediate Microsoft Office management.**- ** 30% English language.
