The **Product Owner**(PO) Role is an essential member of any scrum team. Our Product Ownersensure proper planning and efficient execution of software development. If selected you will beworking with talented global teams consisting of software, system, and test engineers. Aptivdevelops cutting edge advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) which enhance vehicle safety.Studies show just a half a second more warning can mitigate or prevent 60 percent of accidents. Theunderlying features such as automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, and lanekeeping assistance technologies (and more) that have the power to prevent accidents and savelives.**Your Role**:- Own and maintain the Scrum Team Backlog (planning and prioritizing)- Responsible for the internal stakeholder and customer communication for the assignedscrum team/product- Define the team’s specific objectives for the upcoming sprint/program increment- Set Definition of Done (DoD) and accept or reject stories based on the DoD- Participate in the development of acceptance criteria for features- Protect the long term technical integrity of the feature/product- Coordinate content dependencies with other PO’s and all relevant stakeholders- Responsible for the quality of the feature/product/ component- Plan and coordinate software development activities**Your Background**:Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, systems, or relatedfield of study)- 3+ years of experience with embedded software in Automotive Industry or ConsumerElectronics- 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Team Lead experience- Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positiveapproach to challenge- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven.
