**PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POSTING FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS****Sales Manager for Real Estate Investment Company (Remote/Full-Time)****OUR COMPANY**LPI Home Buyers is a successful, U.S. based real estate investment (acquisitions) company seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Actively drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and holding the sales team accountable for performance targets.- Provide regular feedback, training, and support to the sales team to ensure consistent improvement and results.- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present reports on team performance and sales metrics at weekly meetings with CEO.- Be available to step in when needed to handle difficult conversations with clients, close deals, and provide guidance.- Help Acquisition Agents comp. and analyze a deal in order to present an offer- Oversee and manage the sales workflow of the company, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Be proactive in resolving issues and taking ownership of outcomes.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Worked in real estate acquisitions for a U.S. based cash home buying or real estate investment company (MINIMUM ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE). Management experience is not required but you must have at least 1 year experience working for a similar company.- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze data, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies.- Excellent internet and phone setup. Fluent in English.- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the team and company objectives.- Hands-on approach with a willingness to step in and lead by example on the sales floor.- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.**WHAT WE OFFER**- A competitive starting salary of $1,250/month plus 1% commission from closed deals (easily starting you at $22,000 per year).- Paid Time Off.
