Talent is our world.****The Role**:The Principal Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for acting as a role model as they deliver high quality and efficient reports. They will be responsible for continuous report automation and optimization.They will ensure that the reports in their account’s reporting portfolio are being updated on an on-going basis in line with business needs and user feedback and they will deliver simple Recruitment Analytics or other AMS BI product releases.They will be expected to proactively initiate and independently deliver more complex projects. They will also contribute to and deliver strategic projects with wider-AMS/Global BI impact.**Key Accountabilities**:**Stakeholder Management and Collaboration**- Effectively builds and manages relationships with relevant BI stakeholder groups and ensures effective collaboration- Demonstrates mastery in effective stakeholder communication and expectations management- Demonstrates mastery in understanding the roles of key stakeholders, account/AMS Team commercials, and strategic priorities within the accounts- Ensures strong collaboration with people from their team and other global BI teams**Innovation**- Identifies opportunities for meaningful change within global BI as well as accounts/teams supported**Operational Excellence**- Ensures high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting is delivered to AMS clients, accounts, and internal stakeholders- Ensures their respective reporting portfolio is being reviewed, updated, and enhanced on an on-going basis- Collaborates with the BI Business Partners in ensuring BI provides an optimal service and that issues are identified and resolved- Owns projects which improve the BI Reporting Service**Compliance**- Ensures they are compliant with AMS policies and acts as an SME for junior colleagues- Role models best practice approach across the Reporting team around data privacy and information security- Owns and/or significantly contributes to projects which improve or optimize compliance- Ensures documentation is delivered in a timely manner and updated real time**The person in this role will also**:- Deliver key strategic projects in line with BI and/or AMS strategies- Mentor junior team members, help them overcome obstacles in delivering their own projects or improvements, and grow their own behavioral, commercial, Agile, or technical skills- Help more junior team members build their knowledge about AMS- Ensure they constantly develop their technical, commercial, and soft skills in line with the BI key behaviors and strategy**Skills & Experience**:**Required**:- Strong stakeholder management experience and consulting capabilities- Experience of delivering complex ad hoc reports and projects- Expert capabilities in working with: Excel, Power Query, DAX, and M language- Experience with report automation and optimization- Experience delivering improvement projects or programs**Desirable**:- Experience managing senior stakeholders effectively- Advanced knowledge of AMS services, business processes and commercials- Experience with Power BI- Experience with VBA- Experience or strong familiarity with Business Intelligence or Technology- Experience with Agile requirement gathering and prioritization methods- Experience with Python**Other**:We're a fast-growing, equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
