**HP Renew Solutions is** seeking a highly organized and driven Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will act as a Chief of Staff, ensuring the efficient operation of our portfolio management function and driving successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will be a key partner to the Renew VP of Product and Offering and the broader team, providing support and coordination across various business management functions.**Responsibilities**:- ** Performance Tracking & Reporting**:- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.- Analyze portfolio performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making.- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.- ** Strategic Project Management**:- Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio roadmap.- Coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.- ** Operational Efficiency**:- Streamline and optimize portfolio management processes and workflows.- Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and collaboration.- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.- ** Team Cohesion & Communication**:- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.- Plan and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and offsites.- Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team and with other departments.- Represent Renew Solutions Product and Offering team in strategic cross functional initiatives.- ** Special Projects**:- Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the VP Renew Solutions Product and Offering- In collaboration with other teams, conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to help guide the strategic direction of the Renew Portfolio.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a portfolio management, project management, or operations environment.- Proven ability to track performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports.- Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data visualization tools.- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.**Personal Attributes**:- Highly organized and detail-oriented.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proactive and results-oriented.- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
