The Community Dev Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.- Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.- Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.- Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.- Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.- Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients**Qualifications**:- Min 2-5 years of relevant experience**Education**:- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
