** Bilingüe (Español-Ingles) Indispensable****Conocimiento IATF y PSB o PSCR****Monitorear indicadores clave (KPI’s)**: OEE (eficiencia global de equipos), scrap, tiempo de ciclo, consumo energético, cumplimiento de entregas.- **Optimizar costos de producción** sin comprometer la calidad (reducción de tiempos muertos, consumo de resina, aprovechamiento de scrap).- **Cumplir normativas de seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad** (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, dependiendo del sector).- **Liderar al equipo de ingenieros de procesos, diseño, calidad y mantenimiento**.- **Capacitación y desarrollo de talento técnico** (ajustadores de moldes, ingenieros de procesos, programadores de robots).- **Comunicación interdepartamental** con Producción, Calidad, Compras y Comercial para asegurar cumplimiento de proyectos.- **Gestión de proveedores** de moldes, maquinaria y materiales.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
