Supervisor de ProduccionRol:- Planear y organizar la producción.- Dar seguimiento de las actividades de producción- Administrar el equipo de trabajo- Cuidar del personal a su cargo anteponiendo la seguridad del mismo.- Garantizar la calidad del producto- Mantener comunicación continua con su personal.- Atender problemas de disciplina, ausentismo con la gente a su cargo.- Verificación de procedimientos de arranque de línea y cambios de modelo (Set-up).- Arrancar la línea de producción.- Verificar y asegurar la disponibilidad operacional de los equipos, utilización y capacidad.- Revisión de los reportes de scrap/firmarlos.- Verificar asistencia de personal para completar líneas a correr.Desarrollar / liderear proyectos para mejorar los métricos de asistencia, scrap y cumplimiento de producciónLiderear al equipo multidisciplinario para el cumplimiento de las metas del áreaAsegurar el cumplimiento de 5S del areaLiderear las juntas de Tier 2 / KPIRequisitos:- Carrera Profesional terminada (ingeniería electrónica /electromecánica/ Industrial).Experiência como Supervisor de producción de SMT (5 años mínimo requerido)- Inglés (50% o mas requerido).- Experiência en manejo del personal.- Experiência preferente en balance de líneas.- Experiência de 5 años en puesto similar.- Habilidad para planear y organizar.- Alto sentido de Confidencialidad.- Manejo de paquetes computacionales- Disponibilidad de horario.- Conocimiento de las metodologías Lean Manufacturing o Six Sigma.- Capacidad de comunicación y resolución de problemas- Conocimiento de los procesos de producción, maquinaria y equipos (Surface Mount Technologies y celdas automatizadas)**-**Familiaridad con los procedimientos y normas de seguridadAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
