You’ll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you’ll be helping shape an industry.**The role**:To act as the Functional Lead from Clinical Research Services with responsibility for delivery of all clinical aspects of clinical studies. To oversee and serve as the liaison between the Project Manager and a group of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) assigned to a given clinical study, for the delivery of all aspects of monitoring and site management, ensuring consistency with ICH/GCP and applicable ICON Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable regulations, the Monitoring Plan and ensuring the clinical portion of the study is inspection ready at all times.**You will need**:- 4 degree or equivalent combination of education & experience- Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study- Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area- Prior monitoring experience is preferred- Ability to travel up to 20%- Advanced level of spoken and written English.- Degree in Health- 3 to 4 years of experience as a CTM- Previous experience as a CRA is desirable.- Desirable experience with LATAM and US clinical studies- Desirable experience in the studies of phase 4.**Note: Position Type: Homeworker****To be successful in the role, you will have**:**Benefits of Working in ICON**:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
