**Essential Job Functions**:- Conduct quality control and assurance activities, including inspections and testing, to ensure product compliance with established standards and procedures.- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.- Participate in the development and update of quality standards and documentation.- Provide guidance and support to junior quality analysts and technicians.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.- Assist in root cause analysis and investigations of non-conformities.- Maintain and update quality records and reports.- Monitor the implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role- Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance- Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology**Other Qualifications**:- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus- Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
