Descripción de la publicación:**We’re hiring****Aon are currently recruiting a Claims Technician, to join our team in Reinsurance México.****Aon is in the business of better decisions**At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed**What the day will look like**- Work under the direction of various Claim Advocates, together servicing claims for your assigned clients.- Determine, and search for, the coverage that "responds" to new claims- Input coverage to system as needed to process claims- Be cognizant of coverage triggers and contractual terms that affect claims- Process claim development and correspondence on assigned clients in accordance with procedures and quality standards- Check claim output for accuracy, coherence, and professionalism- Use LMI (London Market Interface) for claim reporting to participating UK reinsurers- Maintain claim files, drop-filing material as needed for complete files- Consult with Claim Advocates about coverage discrepancies, claim issues, client/reinsurer problems, etc.**Skills and experience that will lead to success**- College degree in Accounting, Actuary, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration- Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.- Analytical and strong in math.**How we support our colleagues**In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
