You will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with stakeholders in China and in an intercultural and dynamic environment such as Didi.Role Responsibilities:- Assist in strategic initiatives aimed at improving the shopper experience.- Support the development and implementation of efficient shopper management strategies.- Participate in projects related to card activation, payment processes, and issue troubleshooting.- Assist in optimizing bag management to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.- Attend meetings and contribute innovative ideas to advance the team's goals.- Assist in creating and updating process documentation.Impact on Growth:- This role contributes significantly to enhancing the efficiency of grocery operations, directly supporting team and company growth. The Junior Analyst will play an active role in day-to-day activities, supporting key projects in shopper management, card transactions, and overall operations. Collaborative efforts in process optimization directly contribute to Didi's ability to deliver exceptional grocery services.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree program in Business, Operations,Engineering or a related field.- Preferred previous internship or relevant work experience in a similar field or e-commerce, retail, and operations industry is beneficial.- Previous experience managing KPIs.- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
