Ensure the production plan is met, analyzes issues with support departments, drives and implements continuous improvementactivities and sustainability of solutions inside the line.- Ensure a safe workplace, leads the Team to improve Safety in the area and enforces the use of mandated Safety tools andprocedures.- Understand losses during the Shift, through SFM board in the daily meeting and improve line performance.- Proactively analyzes quality KPIs related to the line, prioritizes quality issues, repairs and scrap, and properly guides Team Leaders.- Ensure the right allocation of the people on the line, manages absenteeism, trains and builds teams.- Possess knowledge of the broader manufacturing organization and have the ability to mobilize support groups andresources to lead and assist in problem solving activities.- Actively participate and lead kaizen project activities centered on Safety, Cost, Quality and Throughputimprovements and waste reduction.- AM calendar compliance- SOP management- Production overtime managementTitulo nível licenciaturaIngles intermedio-avanzadoOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
