The Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement and Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As the SAP Basis Senior Consultant in the Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) team , you will:

  • Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through blueprint, design, implementation, operation, optimization and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
  • Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
  • Support team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction while growing and developing referenceable customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and respond to project and customer needs.
  • Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working against deadlines.
  • Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and engage in continuous professional learning of SAP products.
  • Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
  • Utilize available time efficiently to achieve effective and efficient results.
  • Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of five to eight years of experience in service delivery.
  • Strong preference for completion of SAP course or project work through academics.
  • Ability to work as a team player yet independently.
  • Analytical, results-driven with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
  • Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills.
  • Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux).
  • Functional and/or technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus.
  • Strong experience in migration and upgrades projects, working with Hyperscalers and on-premise.
  • Knowledge/experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking.
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is a must.
  • Understanding of relational databases like HANA Platform, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, MaxDB, DB2, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP Activate project methodology and accelerators, including RDS and Best Practices.
  • SAP Certifications – preferred.
  • DoC / ZDO project experience – preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).
