Fp&a Associate

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP\&A) Associate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for building scalable financial processes. This person will play a key role in shaping the foundation of our Finance team — working closely with our Head of Finance to develop forecasting models, track performance, and support strategic decision-making.While the role sits within the Finance function, the first challenge will be to dive deep into financial data, analyzing trends, optimizing reporting, and improving budget visibility, before evolving into a more strategic business partner role.This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical rigor with business insight and grow into one of the most impactful roles in driving Niko’s mission of sustainable energy solutions.What we’re looking forProfessional Experience- At least 3 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.- Proven expertise in analyzing financial and statistical data to evaluate operational performance, profitability, and business success.- Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with a deep understanding of revenue, cost, and profitability dynamics.Technical Skills- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, and Macros).- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP, with experience in implementation or management.- Strong grasp of unit economics, cash flow management, and LTV: CAC analysis.Strategic & Operational Competence- Ability to support executive leadership in complex financial analysis and critical finance functions, including accounting and treasury.- Experience managing or supporting investor relationships (Equity and Debt), and preparing related financial documentation.- Business-oriented mindset — acting as a finance ambassador across Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.Soft Skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with investors, stakeholders, and leadership teams.- Highly adaptable and autonomous, capable of moving seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, evolving environments.
