**Colón**:**Administrator Sales**: As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company’s success.**Your tasks**:- Supports commercial quoting activities regarding pricing and terms and conditions.- Prepares sales orders for orders obtained.- Prepares reports of business transactions.- Enters new customer data and maintains data for current customers into global SAP.- SAP management of contracts, pricing records (i.e. Tooling, Piece Price), sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing and shipments.- Commercial support regarding supplier records and annual sales planning- Supports Customer Team in the investigations and resolutions of customer commercial issues/problems.- Supports preparation of pricing proposals and the execution of contractual negotiations with the customer in conjunction with supervisor and account managers.- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers.- Assist account managers with new business proposals.- Assist & create business proposals and presentations**Your Profile**:- Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry. Project management experience. Experience with market analysis and marketing.- English Advanced- German Intermediate-Advanced- Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from four-year college or university.- Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry.
