**This is how you WOW**:- **Monitor invoicing methods to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer contracts.**- **Review and resolve customer disputes related to taxes, pricing, and other billing discrepancies.**- **Manage credit and re-billing processes for disputed invoices.**- **Resolve credit card transaction failures and address system issues.**- **Communicate with customers regarding account issues and processed payments.**- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure accurate records.**- **Participate in account reconciliations and projects to reduce unapplied payments.**- **Adhere strictly to internal policies and processes.**- **Maintain detailed records within SAP and aging reports regarding collection efforts.**- **Initiate timely follow-up with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.**- **Facilitate professional communication and relationship-building for effective collections.****It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:- **Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.**- **3+ years of Billing or AR experience required**- **5+ years of Cash Applications experience required**- **2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required**- **B2B collections experience, manufacturing preferred**- **Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.**- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tables, pivot tables, and advanced functions.**- **Working knowledge of SAP; familiarity with manufacturing industry processes preferred.**- **Ability to identify process improvements and develop best practices.**- **Disciplined work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects.**- **Self-starter with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.**- **Fluent in spoken and written English.****Our Kärcher WOW-package**:- **Christmas bonus**- **Vacation days and Vacation bonus**- **Saving Fund and Food Vouchers**- **Medical Insurance**- **Life Insurance**- **Aid for birth, marriage, or death.**- **Annual Performance Bonus
