We do so by providing the environment, resources, networks, and career experiences essential for your progress.Take the next step in your career journey and discover our exciting opportunities.The Role**:** This is a hybrid role, working 1 day onsite from AMS office in Monterrey.**** Key Accountabilities**:** Client and Stakeholder Leadership**- Serve as the primary implementation advisor for high-profile clients and strategic programs.- Lead discovery sessions and solution design workshops to define implementation scope and requirements.- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal sponsors.**Strategic Implementation Delivery**- Oversee the execution of complex implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Lead solution configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.- Manage risk mitigation strategies and ensure proactive issue resolution.**Governance and Quality Assurance**- Ensure all implementation activities meet internal quality standards and external compliance requirements.- Conduct audits and reviews of implementation deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.**Mentorship and Knowledge Leadership**- Provide coaching and guidance to junior specialists and project team members.- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to internal training programs.- Act as a thought leader in implementation practices and represent the function in cross-functional forums.**Skills & Experience**:- **3+ years of experience in Recruitment RPO division, managing project implementations and stakeholder management**- **Advanced proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, Visio and SPARK**- Extensive administrative experience supporting a range of deliverables- Experience working to tight deadlines and supporting multiple deliverables / activities at any point in time- Worked without direct supervision- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders- Ability to interpret information and summarize requirements effectively- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation and problem solving**Other**:What you’ll get in return:Here at AMS, you have the opportunity to work on projects that integrate across our practice areas, supporting and innovating delivery for our clients.
