As a **Financial Planning and Analysis Director,** you will lead the SBU financial budgeting, analysis and reporting processes for diverse audiences. You will work with experienced leadership teams to drive strategic, financial and operational metrics, including organic growth and profitability. You will play a critical role to assure return on investments. As leader you are responsible for people development, engagement, and a key ambassador for internal controls. This position reports to the finance directorate for Latin America.**Key Responsibilities**- Drive the financial performance to deliver strategic goals including market growth, financial margins and operating KPIs.- Actively engage with leadership teams to shape and accelerate business efficiencies and profitability growth.- Lead financial planning, forecasts, corporate reporting and accuracy KPIs.- Drive Cashflow efficiencies, Inventories, account receivables and ACT Capex.- Provide financial advice for diverse functional areas (market growth, spend ROI, efficiencies, HC, CAPEX).- Assure comprehensive financial analysis are executed to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.- Key contact point with corporate functions, service centers and external stake-holders.- Be the independent voice to assure compliance and internal controls adherence.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.- Master's degree or specialization desirable- Fluent English with excellent written skills.- Experience to 10 + years of experience in Financial analysis, corporate reporting and Manufacturing costs.- Solid understanding of budgeting, variance analysis, standard cost, and CAPEX.- Sound knowledge of profitability and cashflow drivers (Vol/Mix, Price, BS, Efficiencies).- Hands-on leader with developed coaching and staffing skills.Benefits: We offer benefits such as attractive salary, healthcare (medical, dental ), christmas bonus.You will have benefits such as Medical Insurance and Life Insurance.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.Workplace based in Mexico City, hybrid scheme.This job has a combination of remote work and in-person work.LI-Hybrid**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
