Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether Your Role & Responsibilities : Working aligned with the Head of MPS Industry 4.0, other PLC Solution Designer and local MPS Experts. Working on new technical concepts as interaction between machine to machine, machine to data server. Define and support global rollout projects of new MPS Technical Standards into all MAHLE factories. Important contact of Corporate MAHLE Production System (MPS Industry 4.0) for all MAHLE factories. Support projects e.g. by Sprint reviews and be key contact to machine system suppliers. Networking with other PLC technicians in European factories by building up new competence groups. Close coordination between departments of MPS, Operations, IT, Quality Management and Sales. Be driver to ensure MAHLE's way to become a modern Manufacturer by Intelligent Manufacturing (i4.0). Your Skills & Strengths : 5 years within manufacturing companies in the automotive or mechatronic industries. Experience with different manufacturing processes (e.g. injection molding, machining, forming, assembling). High competences with different machine PLC systems (e.g. SIEMENS, KUKA, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradly). High competences in machine protocols like OPC-UA, MQTT, Profibus / -net to connect machines to data severs. Competences as well experience in understanding of software based on languages like SAP UI5, html5. Experience in PLC machine data interface, used by Remote Service, MES, Traceability, Quality, Logistics. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a solution-oriented, methodical way of working. Self-motivated, team player with strong communication and assertiveness skills. Willingness to travel to European factories and Headquarter in Germany (under COVID19 just Web-conferences). Working together with international system suppliers. Languages : Fluent in English is mandatory, further languages e.g. German are an advantage. Do you have any questions?
