This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to shape the future of a major enterprise, establishing the team, culture, and operational blueprint for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, strategic plan, and annual operating plans to achieve aggressive growth targets. Fleet & Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and logistics to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Design the organizational structure and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and lead commercial efforts to build a strong client base. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with the board of directors and investors, providing transparent reporting on the company’s performance, challenges, and opportunities. Required Qualifications & Experience Executive Leadership: Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., GM, Director, VP, C-level) with significant P&L responsibility. Fleet Management Expertise: Deep and sound experience in the fleet management, automotive, logistics, or asset-heavy industries. You must have a strong command of asset lifecycle management (vehicles, spare parts, etc.). Company Building: Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling teams and organizations, ideally from an early stage. You know how to design an organization and hire the right talent to execute a vision. Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus) Workforce Management: Hands-on experience leading and motivating drivers & warehouse staff. This demonstrates an understanding of front-line operations.
