At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Owned Media Activation Manager****Main Purpose**- Responsible for ensuring that the solutions meet the client´s business requirements and align with their overall marketing strategy._- Define and thoroughly explain projects to team members. Distribute and assign the tasks to the personnel indicated to carry them out. Define the objectives, prioritization & evolution of the usability of Salesforce marketing cloud as a tool aligned to each OU’s needs. Lead and supervise the fulfillment of the objectives. Ensure the coordinated action of the team. Manage and control the use of resources. Solve problems and implement the necessary changes._**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Understanding the business requirements and marketing goals of the client, and creating a solution that aligns to them_- _ Configuring and customizing SalesForce marketing cloud to meet specific client needs_- _ Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and IT teams, to ensure that the solution is delivered on time and within budget_- _ Keep current of new features and updates to salesforce marketing cloud and making recommendations for improvements_- _ Administration the process of requests provided by Business Management and serves as the first point of escalation for issues and determines the appropriate course of action._- _ Overseeing consistency in communications implemented both internally and externally, facilitating alignment of communication with GBS leadership and stakeholders._- _ Approval of overall project plan, structure, schedule and staffing requirements._- _ Review potential errors in the final campaigns and data audit reports prior to delivery._- _ Ensures quality service of reportcontent and data quality in data ingestion._- _ Report on in-process and completed activities for immediate supervisor's knowledge._- _ Verify the synergy of the work team, reporting the needs to the immediate boss._Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- _Bachelor Degree:Merchandising, Business Administration or related_- _ 4+ year experience with marketing CRM (campaign design, implementation, and execution)_- _ Experience across other digital marketing channels: ads, SMS, mobile apps, web_- _ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications (excluding)_- _ Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies_- _ 1/2 years in Human resource management_- _ 100% fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal skills).
