TasksThe CBS Lead Specialist gets the responsibility for introducting CBS in her/his assigned area as active contributor to reach the Business Targets and to implement and sustain lean behavior.The CBS Lead Specialist is the key consultant for the entire plant for lean implementation to optimize efficiency, increase productivity & quality.She/He is Project Manager for the CBS Strategy Projects like Standard Work, Jishuken/Deviation Mgmt, Leader Standard Work, 5S BIC and KATA with impact on the Strategy Indicators.She/He is leader of continuous improvement deployment in all areas of the organization, identifying, reducing and/or eliminating wastes through of the differents methodologies and principles of CBS. Promoting the sustainability of CBS culture through trainings, workshops moderation, projects execution and coaching people.She/He is the leader of CIM program, facilitating, promoting to submit new and valuable ideas to CIM portal.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree or master degree- Lean Manufacturing experience / CBS practitioner- Green Belt certified- English language level: Upper Advance (781 - 900 TOEIC points)- 4 years of experience in automotive industry- Experience in continuous improvement workshops as a moderator ( desirable )About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
