**Título del Puesto:**:Wine Steward**Reporta a:**:Head Sommelier/Wine Director**Categoría del puesto:**:Supervisión**Departamento:**:F&B**Propósito Estratégico**:Junto con el Head Sommelier creará estrategias para el correcto funcionamiento del departamento, de igual manera propondrá iniciativas, para sobrepasar la expectativa del huésped y los dueños de villas, y crear experiências únicas que impacten de manera positiva en la relación del huésped con el hotel.Será un apoyo en todo momento para el head sommelier y se guiará por las políticas y estándares de la compañía.**Actividades**:- Servicio de vinos en los diferentes outlets del resort (Ventas, servicio de botellas, asistencia al huésped y al equipo de piso)- Mantenimiento de cavas y stocks de vino en general (Surtido, acomodo, organización, limpieza).- Asistencia en tareas de supervisión en el departamento de AyB.- Capacitación a staff- Apoyo administrativo (Pedidos, OC, reportes de ventas, etc.)**Requerimientos**:- Experiência en servicio al cliente en restaurante u hotel de ultra lujo.- Conocimientos intermedios de vinos y bebidas en general.- Excelente presentación y actitud de servicio.- Manejo básico de computadora.- Deseable.- Certificación de Sommelier (CMS, WSET o equivalente con validez internacional).- Conocimientos de estándares FORBES.- Idioma Ingles: 100%.- Nível de Escolaridad: Licenciatura o equivalente a experiência.- Experiência mínimo de 3 años en posición de front server o wine steward.
