Eos Process Coordinator

**SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.**This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit.**Summary**:The EOS Process Coordinator is responsible to maintain, coordinate and support activities related to the compliance of the EOS/SOX requirements for the SCM team. It is also responsible to identify, request, coordinate and implement training required for the team. Will also support the payment resolution team and supervise their activities.**Responsibilities**:- EOS Document Controller for SCM to maintain up to day library according requests and SME/Plant approvals.- Maintain and update procedure documents required by the SCM team.- SCM EOS Coordinator/SUBJECT Matter Expert (SME)- Support audits Internal DBS EOS, Internal Control, Internal Audit Group, Customer, BSI representing SCM.- Coordinates activities in order to improve the EOS for supply chain, ensure compliance to process and procedures. Prepare team to pass 100% of all audits, report findings and support resolution.- Conduct periodic internal audits.- Identify training requirements for SCM team and conduct training as required.- Support and supervise the payment resolution analyst team and engage in any escalated requirement.**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent- In-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain Procedures / Process.- Professional demeanor in representing the SCM organization internally and externally. Must be able to interact with operations, finance, legal and executive level employees.- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.- Results driven, self- starter, problem solver with proven ability to drive projects to a successful conclusion.- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities**Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)**:- Master's degree- 3+ years of progressive experience in a similar type of position(s) is desired- Proven experience of people management.- Resourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment- Basic experience in Accounts Payable- Experience in ERP systems -SAP- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)**About Signal & Power Solutions**Signal & Power Solutions leverages our heritage as a global architecture provider and systems integrator to deliver the high speed data and electrical power distribution systems required for feature rich, highly automated vehicles.**Some see differences.
