The Sr. Designer will interact daily with fellow designers, art directors, video editors, project managers, and other creatives based in the U.S. The Sr. Designer will be working closely with the Subscription Marketing Lead based out of Mexico. This role will report directly to the Design Manager based in the U.S.The Sr. Designer role will require a solid foundational knowledge across the following disciplines: brand design, visual design systems, and digital marketing & advertising strategies. The role will involve assisting in the development of design patterns, design positioning, and key visuals for campaigns spanning across multiple platforms. The goal is to develop breakthrough creative to capture consumers' attentions. This role will ensure creative are aligned to established strategies set by Design Leadership. This role will report to the Design Lead residing in Santa Monica, California.**What you will be doing**- Collaborate with marketers and design leader(s) through concepting of content & subscription marketing creative work.- Assist in the development of ad units for engagement, visual design, content, and branding.- Produce production-ready design assets- Champion best creative practices and standards.- Collaborate with creative project managers to manage development of campaign asset across all marketing/mechanizing touch points.- Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables and ensure creative assets are accessible across all teams.- Delivering fresh, premium, and best-in-class creative materials that can be applied across all consumer touchpoints.- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude.- Strong communications skills.- Juggle multiple projects while ensuring the quality of creative deliverables.- Be deadline driven.- Champion and evangelist of the Roku brand.**We're excited if you have**- 8+yrs of work-related experience.- A strong visual design portfolio is a must.- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is a must.- Portfolio demonstrates years of relevant design experience.- Strong understanding of design systems.- Strong background in design problem solving, creative execution, and production is a must.- Strong experience working with interactive content and efficient at creating production-ready artwork and assets.- Ability to think, respond and design quickly with a keen eye for details on multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience working in advertising, media, and/or entertainment.- A strong understanding of streaming subscription services related design is a strong plus.- Well-verse in Adobe creative suite workflow.**#LI-SS1**:**Benefits**:Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
