With more than 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques MONTBLANC is present all over the world.**Job Overview**A Montblanc Boutique Manager is the person in charge of the boutique´s development and success. He or she is responsible of the sales team and of achieving the results and retail indicators of the boutique according to the strategic planning. Boutique Managers are also responsible of the operating functions within a Montblanc boutique.**Responsibilities and Duties**- Get to the sales target, manage a profitable boutique, and achieve the strategic indicators.- Know and achieve boutique´s KPIs.- Manage and analyze sales and KPI reports.- Handle all customer requests in a customer-centric manner.- Involvement in the sales process and customer experience follow up.- Manage the petty cash of the boutique.- Management of boutique´s inventory.- Maintenance of the boutique, boutique systems and security, reporting any problem or malfunction.- Management of the boutique´s team members’ development.- Strengthen relationships with strategic customers.- Knowing and communicating launching of products.The Boutique Manager ensures:- Good maintenance of the boutique.- Deliver customer service with luxury standards.- Provide an excellent luxury shopping experience.- Implement Booster and Visual Merchandiser- Communicate strategies with team members and align them with their personal objectives.- Execution of the processes described in internal manuals.- Team motivation and development.- Correct registration of monthly schedules.- Deliver reports correctly and in time.The Boutique Manager contributes to:- Identifying potential high value customers.- Analyze marketing activations, provide valuable feedback on and propose new activations In order to achieve the boutique´s KPIs.- Analyze and report the boutique´s inventory of pieces.**Qualifications**Provide a bullet point list of the qualifications that are necessary for someone to fill this position.Bullet points you may want to include are:- Education level.
