Get to know us better by visiting our website.- Join Novo Nordisk's Global Business Services team in Mexico as a Senior Procurement Analyst and make a meaningful impact**The Position**- As a Senior Procurement Analyst at Novo Nordisk's GBS Mexico, you will be responsible for:- Managing relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring performance meets contractual agreements and SLAs and also address performance issues, developing improvement plans.- Driving negotiation and management of contracts within procurement System, assisting in drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.- Maintaining and updating product catalogues, conducting price checks at frequent intervals.- Collecting and analyzing procurement-related data, developing reports and KPIs to track performance.- Conducting market research and supplier assessments to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities, collaborating with the sourcing team.**Qualifications**- You hold a University Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.- Strong experience in procurement area and activities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish- It will be considered as an advantage if you have background in a pharmaceutical company or in Global Business Service Centre / Shared Services Centre.**About the Department**- Novo Nordisk Global Business Service Centre (GBS) plays an important role in improving the lives of millions of people living with a serious chronic disease.
