DESCRIPCIóNEn Ganem México estamos buscando un **Marketing Data Analyst** para hacer que lo increíble suceda en nuestro departamento de planeación estratégica.**Objetivo del puesto**:Analizar datos para proporcionar insights accionables que mejoren la eficacia de las campañas y estrategias de marketing. Esto implica recolectar, interpretar y presentar datos de diversas fuentes, como redes sociales, campañas de publicidad digital, y comportamiento del consumidor, para optimizar el rendimiento y tomar decisiones informadas. Además, deben identificar tendencias, realizar reportes y dashboards que ayuden a alcanzar el objetivo comercial.**Conocimientos y funciones específicos**:- Comprender ecosistemas digitales- Poder interpretar data de campañas, Facebook insigths y googles analytics- Análisis de comportamiento de usuarios para mejorar estrategias de tráfico, conversación e engagement.- Proponer estrategias accionables y poder presentarlas de manera oportuna y precisa para la toma de decisiones.**Habilidades y competencias**:- Responsable.- Puntual.- Proactivo.- Nível de ingles mayor a B2.- Dashboardin y Reporting (Social Listening / Benchmark / SOV.- Análisis de datos..- Automatización.**Ofrecemos**:- Prestaciones de ley y superiores pasando el contrato a prueba (3 meses.- Excelente ambiente de trabajo.- Crecimiento profesional.- Sueldo competitivo ($26k a $30K
