Let's get in touch.**What you’ll be doing**- Solving IT requests and ensuring ticket resolution within SLAs- Resolving emergency and unplanned IT support issues (eg fixing hardware, urgent user support)- Supporting new joiners with laptop provisioning, initial IT setup, and troubleshooting- Retrieving hardware from exiting employees and managing its lifecycle for reuse or decommissioning- Managing Revolut-owned technology, both office-based and remote hardware- Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting technology or process implementation**What you'll need**- 4+ years of experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome OS, Google Workspace, Jira/Atlassian, hardware)- Proven track record in endpoint device management and incident management- Proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced services- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security- Exceptional organisational and time management skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Fluency in English**Nice to have**- _ Background in tech, financial services, or e-commerce companies_**_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it’s a scam.
