Objective:Tracking of orders and purchase orders within the company for projects in the national and international territory.Main Activities- Preparation of quotes for various clients- Review and presentation of profit margins of orders.- Preparation of proposals for technical and economic tenders (national and international)- Entry of orders in the system, as well as the necessary preparation for the execution of activities in other departments.- Product and/or department presentations- Customer service.- Analysis of prices and competitors- Follow-up of payments for orders internally and with clients.- Follow-up of order status in the system.- Quotation, Entry and follow-up of RMA and WRMA orders in the system.- Read and interpretation of NOMS and specifications national and international (IEEE/ANSI/IEC/CFE)- Direct communication with external sales staff to follow up on quotes.- Attention to internal and external audits.**Requirements**:- **Education: Electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, electronic, mechatronic, industrial engineer.**- **Experience: At least 3 years in similar positions or jobs.**- **Knowledge of electricity, such as low and medium voltage electrical equipment (high voltage desirable)**- **Customer service**- **Experience in presenting quotes and profit margins.**- **Experience in SGI audits (9001 essential, 14000 and 45000 desirable)**- **Experience in management systems**- **Conversational English.**- **Experience in ERP (Oracle is a plus)**- **Experience in CRM (Sales Force is a plus)**- **Sex: Indistinct**- **Use of office package.
