In addition to following up on internal department purchases and processes.- Request the preparation of quarterly and special purchase orders, in addition to following up on the receipt of material in plant and invoicing by the supplier (special meals, stationery, cafeteria and cleaning supplies).- Delivery and follow-up of orders at Niagara Store to employees.- Manage weekly personnel incidents with the objective of paying the payroll without errors (vacations, overtime, flexible days).- Workforce Dimensions administration for the correct loading of payment incidences.- Manage documentation and employee files (physical and electronic) ensuring that all documents are signed by the new employee.- Provide support in the talent attraction process.- Create and update in all internal communication media the information to be shared with employees.- Execution of internal and external sales.- Administration of petty cash.- Coordinate internal and external events.- Support in the organization of travel and transfers for the team visiting another Niagara plant.- Ensure that food safety practices and any applicable SQF System requirements are maintained.- Communicate any deviations, problems and/or abnormalities with equipment, processes and products.**Benefits****Any employment agency, person or entity that submits a résumé into this career site or to a hiring manager does so with the understanding that the applicant's résumé will become the property of Niagara Bottling, LLC.
