**APTIV****Solicita**:**Commodity Leader****Descripción y Requisitos****Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:- Accomplish SCM objectives by supervising staff and organizing/monitoring work processes.- Align Raw Material supply base strategy to take advantage of market trend to improve costs.- Support global programs, strategies and initiatives- Lead Category Buyer team by allocating resources to ensure metrics and targets are met.- Provide support to Category Buyers in supplier negotiations when needed.- Represent Category Buyer in top management meetings to align corporate strategies and assign objectives.- Support in the coaching and development of category buyers.- Implement and enforce policies and procedures are being followed.**Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)**:- Ability to understand value streams, cost drivers and how to break down cost Structures.- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and negotiating skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlines.- Results driven, self- starter, problem solver with proven ability to drive projects to a successful conclusion.- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.- Professional demeanor in representing the SCM organization internally and externally. Must be able to interact with operations, finance, legal and executive level employees.- English proficiency is a must (80%).- Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and industry standard purchase order software platforms- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports and conduct cost analysis**Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves)**:- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering and finance processes within the automotive industry.Knowledge of Resins and Electronics supply chain and understanding on the proper cost structures.Puesto: Comprador**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
