**APTIV****Solicita**:**Commodity Leader****Descripción y Requisitos****Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:- Accomplish SCM objectives by supervising staff and organizing/monitoring work processes.- Align Raw Material supply base strategy to take advantage of market trend to improve costs.- Support global programs, strategies and initiatives- Lead Category Buyer team by allocating resources to ensure metrics and targets are met.- Provide support to Category Buyers in supplier negotiations when needed.- Represent Category Buyer in top management meetings to align corporate strategies and assign objectives.- Support in the coaching and development of category buyers.- Implement and enforce policies and procedures are being followed.**Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)**:- Ability to understand value streams, cost drivers and how to break down cost Structures.- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and negotiating skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlines.- Results driven, self- starter, problem solver with proven ability to drive projects to a successful conclusion.- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.- Professional demeanor in representing the SCM organization internally and externally.
