A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience. - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - 3+ years of General Experience - English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+) - Spanish Fluent - 2+ years of employee and performance management experience - Ability to work weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts - Ability to work overtime both in peak season and as needed- MBA or similar- Solid experience using Lean manufacturing methodologies.- Previous experience as Project Management- Solid experience managing department´s KPIs and driven results- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation or related.- Logistics Background from Operations environment, preferably from First-Middle Mile Ops.- Advanced English Proficiency (C1+)
