Senior Strategic Planning and Analysis Manager

The Ops Sup Sr. Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Manage professional teams and departments through delegation of tasks and responsibilities- Conduct performance evaluations, compensations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations of team members as well as maintain appropriate staffing requirements- Monitor the team’s quality and efficiency of end results and manage all training and development needs of assigned personnel- Create and develop budget, policy formation and short-term resource planning- Manage occasionally complex and varied issues with significant departmental impactProvide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to the defining standards- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.- Ability to manage teams.**Qualifications**:- Extensive knowledge of the Client Onboarding processes- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements- Proven organization and time management skills- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Key Responsibilities**The role requires a thorough understanding of Program Management and passion for the optimization of processes, continuous improvement, and strategic risk analysis criteria. The primary objective of the role is to drive solutions and analysis to manage the Retail portfolio, by overseeing the administrative, compliance and management of information processes. As so to identify risks and propose on-time action plans.- Creation, analysis, and validation of Management and Internal Reports (MOR, Weekly, Business Office Report and other critical presentations). Some of these reports have internal information not for outsourcing knowledge.- Management of compliance Metrics as CAP’s Closures and tasks follow up. Knowledge and study of existing CAP’s to generate strategies by analyzing if the existing processes and templates are obeying the CAP’s needs to avoid non-compliance. Internal information not for outsourcing knowledge.- Compliance support between the GCO and CRS, looking for the needs and areas of opportunity by reviewing the whole process (End to End Process) by using Lean Process and Waste Analysis tools and improving these processes and its templates. This End-to-End Process Deck must be updated and reviewed constantly.- Follow up on the GCO Metrics as the GCO Program Tracker, GCO Monthly Report, Re-baselines, Exceptions and Extension’s review and metric analysis.- Administration and compilation of documentation of all the completed projects (photos, description, achievements, etc.), this data base is used to generate different Ad-hoc Tasks for example, the MEX Book, Mid and End-Year goals and Town Halls, among others. Some of these decks have internal information not for outsourcing knowledge.- Ensure corporate Policies and Guidelines are adhered to during the project delivery process. By studying the Global Procedures Manual and the End-to-End deliverables deck, to have the knowledge for giving trainings to the team and constantly interacting with the PDs, PMO, GCO and PCCs to improve processes.- Ensure compliance procedures are followed with Corporate and Local standards.- Continuous improvement, homologation, and optimization of processes, by reviewing in detail each process, interacting, and proposing new ways of improvement to the GCO and the Retail Head.- Support the training of new processes and standards.- Propose End-to-End construction process improvements by using tools such as Kaizen method, Sipoc diagrams, Swim Lane analysis, among others.- Responsible of the End-to-End process, collaborating with internal areas of CRS (Transactions, FM, utilities etc.), external areas such as CTI, CSIS, Client - Business.
