If your skills can help save lives, you’ll find a home at Autoliv.**Where you will work**:Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O' Donnell**What you’ll do**:The Accounts Payable Supervisor participates in all activities related to full-cycle, monthly Accounts Payable activity. The position is responsible for supporting a team of accounts payable specialists who process a high volume of transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies between supporting documents and system balances and interacting with staff to resolve payable matters.- Perform random and judgmental invoice batch audits.- Work in a shared services account payable department, responsible for processing payables for multiple locations.- Supervise payments from domestic and foreign suppliers for compliance with internal and tax processes.- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned to support the Accounts Payable team.**What is required**:- Bachelor Degree in Finance, or accounting- Master degree in business or related preferred, not required.- Prior Supervisory experience is required.- Four or more years’ experience in the Source to Pay area.- Advance English written and spoken.- Strong ERP knowledge (JDE, Oracle, or similar).**What’s in it for you**:- Attractive compensation package- Flexible Options (schedule, remote work)- Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.- Gender Pay EqualityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
