Expert IAM Consultant Location: Mexico City, Mexico We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Expert IAM Consultant to join our team as a technical leader. As an Expert IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, architecture, and delivery of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting services. This is a senior-level role for an individual with 8+ years of experience in IAM or a related field to shape our IAM capabilities in a remote work environment. Responsibilities Define the strategic roadmap and architecture for the IAM solutions to meet client business and security requirements. Lead and oversee the implementation of complex IAM solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Provide expert advisory services, guiding clients in IAM best practices and industry standards. Configure and integrate advanced IAM products, including Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust. Conduct in-depth IAM assessments, analyze client requirements, and recommend tailored IAM solutions. Mentor and provide technical leadership to project teams and junior IAM consultants. Deliver high-impact IAM workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings for clients. Stay updated with emerging IAM trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM platforms with other security tools and systems. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new IAM technologies and enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or a similar role. Extensive hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Deep understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry standards. Experience with at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Microsoft security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred. Vendor certifications from at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust highly desirable. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
