Projects range from basic to complex, requiring management of resources and independent judgment and decision-making.Develops and implements controls engineering procedures and techniques.Prepares and manages an annual budget around several projects.- Supervises a team of controls engineers; holds them accountable to deliver identified projects on or ahead of schedule, at or under budget, that meet internal customer requirements.- Tracks controls engineering project accomplishments by comparing outcomes to plans; summarizing results; keeping management informed.- Ensures project documentation is completed following the approved methodology, tools, and templates.- All other duties as assigned.**Required Skills and Education**Electronic Engineer**About AAM**:**Why Join #TeamAAM**:As a member of #TeamAAM, you’ll get to make a difference on day one.
